Judgment:

Many of your reasons for being or feeling stressed are due to your judgment of another’s actions.  These are just your perceptions and are not rooted in reality.  Remember that everyone, including you, acts according to his or her level of consciousness.  We are all on our own spiritual journey and act and think according to our perception of reality.

Your reality is not necessarily the same as anyone else’s.  This does not make your opinions or perceptions right, nor does it make them wrong.  They are only thoughts that you have chosen to accept as part of your identity.  This is how you have chosen to view your world.  As your thoughts change so does your reality.

If your view of the world does not match someone else’s do not place judgment on his or her perception of reality.  This only causes strife and stress to come into your life.  Know that this person is only acting according to their level of consciousness.  They can act no other way.  You do not have to accept their viewpoint as your own.  Just appreciate their viewpoint as being a part of their own spiritual journey.  Silently bless them and send them love.  This will prevent any negative energy from permeating your peaceful world.
